Elise Potenta is the founding and managing attorney of Potenta Law, LLC. Elise is an accomplished attorney representing clients in various civil litigation and transactional cases throughout New Jersey. Elise’s journey into law was preceded by a successful, decade-long career as a finance professional, giving her a unique blend of financial and legal acumen to deliver valuable and comprehensive guidance to each of her clients.
Elise earned her JD from Brooklyn Law School while simultaneously pursuing an MBA in Finance at Baruch College. She held a Certified Financial Planner verification for several years before returning to a career in law. Prior to her advanced degrees, Elise laid the foundation with a BS in Finance from Rutgers.
Brett Potenta is the backbone of Potenta Law. With over twenty years of sales and customer service experience, Brett keeps the office running smoothly and clients’ needs satisfied. He is your go-to for all questions on-legal and also makes sure the firm’s technology runs smooth and client information is secure from hackers or other malware.
Brett is a proud graduate of the University of Connecticut and a Public Notary for the State of New Jersey.
